Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because we care about your experience — from the moment you place the order to the moment you unwrap it.


1. Shipping
• We ship pan-India.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location (usually 5–9 days).
• For urgent orders or custom requests, email us at hello@wearheer.in — we’ll try our best to accommodate.


2. Shipping Charges
• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹1,000.
• For orders below that, a small flat shipping fee may apply (visible at checkout).


3. Returns + Exchanges

Since most of our pieces are made in small batches, we do not accept returns unless:
• The product is damaged or defective, OR
• You received the wrong item.

In such cases:
• Email us at hello@wearheer.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos.
• We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund wherever applicable.

We do not offer returns for:
• Change of mind
• Sizing issues (please read descriptions carefully)
• Wear and tear post-delivery


4. Refunds (if applicable)
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• For exchanges, we’ll ship out the new piece once we receive the damaged one back.
